Patients and Methods: Seventy elderly individuals whose ages over 65 years and literate were included in the study. Sociodemographic form, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), Fatigue Severity Scale (FSS) and Nottingham Health Profile (NHP) were administered to all subjects.

Results: Significant correlations were found between the total PSQI and FSS scores (r= .411, p <.001), and between the total PSQI and total NHP scores (r= .410, p <.001).

Conclusions: In the current study sleep quality, fatigue and quality of life were found to be related in elderly people. As a result, it is considered that the level of fatigue will decrease and the quality of life will increase if health professionals who work with elderly individuals evaluate the sleep qualities and if the necessary plan and implement intervention are applied to increase the sleep quality.
